Parents' Association Membership Form

Each year Parents' Association collects membership dues in September from each family. These dues help us accomplish our many different programs, events and parties throughout the year. PA members also receive discounted pricing for all PA events and offerings.

Our ability to reachg our goals is dependent on your payment of the Parents' Association dues on time. We want to be able to continue funding all of the events and programs our children enjoy.

The dues for the upcoming school year 2018-2019 or $150 for one child and $100 for each additional child. Please complete the information below and return your dues by Monday, September 24.
