Job Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in education or related field.
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and high adaptation skills to work successfully in an unpredictable setting.
- Organizational, computer, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- Hold or be eligible for NY licensing/certification.
- Experience teaching in a classroom environment.
- Experience teaching in a diverse learning environment.
- Innovative mindset.
