Frederica Sagiani-Panagiotakis, Member
Frederica emigrated from Greece with her parents to the U.S. in 1967 at the age of 12 years old. She pursued her BA at Hunter College and completed her MA in Guidance, and another degree in Youth Counseling at Fordham University. After completing her Ed. M she began her career as science teacher, guidance counselor and principal for 4 of the parochial schools of our Holy Archdiocese: Holy Cross Whitestone, St. Demetrios  Jamaica, St. Demetrios Astoria, and Argyrios Fantis of Brooklyn. Frederica strongly believes there is no greater experience as an educator than the gaze of a youngster proudly displaying mastery of content and feeling the confidence of a "job well done".
