Annual Fund for Excellence
The Cathedral School is not just an educational institution, it is also a place our students call their second home. It is an institution of learning, an institution of intellect, but most importantly, it is an institution of challenge. Everyday, students at The Cathedral School are challenged to be their best and to work to their fullest potential. Students are challenged to try, perhaps to fail, and then through the careful guidance of our teachers, to ultimately succeed.
Like all independent schools, every year The Cathedral School faces the challenge to close the “tuition gap,” the difference between our annual tuition and the actual cost of the programs that are essential to The Cathedral School. The Annual Fund helps us to overcome this challenge. Voluntary contributions to The Annual Fund from parents, alumnae, friends, faculty and staff are fundamental to supporting the exceptional academics that The Cathedral School provides for our children.
Support of The Annual Fund is felt widespread throughout The Cathedral School and we are thoroughly grateful for the generosity of our community in the past. This year, resources from The Annual Fund will help us to develop the fine arts and music program, create professional development opportunities for our teachers, and support curriculum enhancements that sustain classroom excellence.
